Pricing questions
Fair, predictable.
Why do you show “from” prices?
Parts vary by model. A standard 15.6″ laptop screen costs less than a high-refresh or OLED panel, for example. Your written quote gives the exact price.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Not at the bench. On-site diagnostics are billed at the on-site hourly rate.
Do you price-match?
If you have a written quote from a local shop for the same repair with comparable parts, show us — we'll be fair.
