Warranty & repair terms

Diagnostics and quotes
Bench diagnostics are free. We provide a written quote before any repair. No work is performed without your approval. If a repair cannot be completed, you are not charged for that repair.
Warranty
- Hardware repairs: 12 months on parts and labor from the date of pickup.
- Software services (virus removal, tune-ups, OS installs, configuration): 90 days.
- Virus removal: 30-day re-infection guarantee.
- Data recovery: logical recoveries are “no data, no charge.”
The warranty covers the parts we installed and the work we performed. It does not cover new physical damage, liquid exposure after the repair, or unrelated faults. Customer-supplied parts are covered for labor only.
Your data
Please back up your data before a repair when possible. Hardware repairs normally don't affect stored data, and we can create a backup for you on request.
Pickup
We'll notify you when your device is ready. Devices not collected within 90 days of notice may be recycled responsibly in accordance with California law, after written reminders.
Payment
Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle.
