Maksim Baulin LLC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through maksimbaulin.com and at our shop, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you send a repair request we receive your name, email, phone number, device details and message. We use this only to respond to you and to provide the service you asked for. Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox and a backup copy is kept for up to 90 days so no request is lost.

Your devices and data

We access your device only as needed to diagnose and verify a repair.
We never copy, view or keep personal files without your permission, except where a service you requested (such as data recovery or a backup) requires it.
Working copies made during data recovery are securely wiped after you confirm receipt.

Spam protection and analytics

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our hosting provider) or where required by law. With your approval, mechanically failed drives may be sent to a specialist clean-room partner.

Your choices
